Tom,
I am extremely sorry for my stupidity for not contacting you sooner,
I have sent an email to all the people necessary that you tried to  
contact me, and are not at fault for not being able to produce a  
presentation with me, as I did not give you adequate time to prepare.  
I am willing to carry out the short presentation by myself, I can only  
hope you can forgive me.
